Independently of the managerial sector that is considered, one of the principal factors that influence the productive progression and good competitive level of the company is the quality. In effect, the quality along with the innovation is an element diferenciador recognized by official organisms (you mark of quality), which are constituted in practice like foundation of profitability and productivity.
In this aspect the pharmaceutical sector is one of the paradigmatic examples of application of norms that, on the other hand, they contribute to the development of the entire quality in the proper company, norms that are of forced fulfillment (NCF, BPL, etc.) and demanded for the design, manufacture, control, commercialization, distribution and dispensation of the pharmaceutical and sanitary products in general.
It is clear that the application of the above mentioned norms of quality implies the correct personnel training of the company, so much if it is qualified as if not, being obligatory to realize formation.
At this level, it is difficult to find on the market teaching and pedagogic hardware that in a rapid, simple and effective way, help to obtain the raised formative targets. The Multimedia Interactive Application (AIM)“FORMACIÓN PRACTICAL IN PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGY: N.C.F. IN THE MANUFACTURE OF TABLETS ”, it is a tool with which the personnel of the pharmaceutical and/or biosanitary company can learn and/or update his knowledge on what it is the NCF, like applying them, like detecting problematic real of every day and motivating his possible analysis and definitive resolution, to make quality.
This AIM immerses the user in a real laboratory (pilot plant of the faculty of Drugstore of the University of Barcelona, that is to say in the Service of Development of the Medicine or SDM), where there appear before him images and real regulations (NCF or GMP), which facilitate learning and finally, in an active way the user can demonstrate his aptitude to work, to operate and to decide before concrete facts that they appear before him according to his knowledge NCF: on having finished the activity, he will verify by means of the self-assessment, the obtained results, the realized personal progress and the contribution that all this represents to his personal progress and hence to that of its own company.
CONTENTS OF THE APPLICATION:
The multimedia interactive application “Fabricación of tablets of paracetamol ” is composed by 4 independent applications:
1. Virtual visit to Servei de Desenvolupament of the Medicament(SDM) that is the pilot plant of the University of Barcelona where the user can familiarize himself with a few pharmaceutical facilities that the NCF fulfills.
2. Tutor on Norms of Correct Manufacture, designed for the essential previous initial formation for the entry and the work in the SDM.
3. Training, it is a didactic unit in which the user is guided during the manufacture of the tablets of paracetamol, so that the most critical topics are noticed with regard to the quality of the product and his fulfillment (cross-checks before to the use of the machines, cleanliness, control panel, tags, records, etc.).
4. Practice, the user must solve 6 quality incidences that “han happened in the SDM ”, must analyze the facts to determine the causes and consequences.
4 applications are already evaluated be by means of test interactive, questionnaires or activities to resolve, the results of which they are facilitated in the report of results of the user.
